MANTICA provides a wide range of training on the latest telecommunication technologies. We specialize in the areas of Signaling Protocols (e.g. SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP) and Next Generation Telecoms Technologies (e.g. Parlay/OSA)

As a natural extension of our support service, MANTICA also provides training on our partners product suite. It is proved that many of the reported incidents by customer's development or operation departments spring from deficiencies in the knowledge of the product. Product training plus local support services can cut short the learning curve and minimize the technical incidences.

Emphasis is placed upon using only the most effective and proven knowledge transfer techniques. Courses can be delivered on-site or at our training facility in Madrid and content can be tailored for specific audiences.
