Development Support Service
MANTICA engineers work with the customer's technical team to ensure a
top-quality development experience. Development Support Service along
with Training, Testing and Custom Development services enable customers
to accelerate product development and concentrate on their core
business: the development and deployment of new revenue producing
applications.
Deployment Support Service
In order to ensure a trouble-free operation of your products, MANTICA
Technical Assistance Center (TAC) provides round-the-clock front-line
support anywhere in our addressed market. We offer two different levels
of deployment support to final customers:
- Standard Support and Maintenance: support during working hours.
- 7x24 Support and Maintenance: support twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
Proactive Support
Even when the system is running fine, it requires daily monitoring,
maintenance and optimization to keep it that way. In order to maximize
the performance and improve operating efficiencies, MANTICA offers
proactive support by means of Network Auditing and the development of
Productivity Improvement Plans.
